Adam graduated from the University of California, Berkeley in December 2001.

He started his six year finance career in the corporate finance and mergers and acquisitions health care group of Credit Suisse (formerly CSFB) where he helped advise ICOS on their $250 million convertible offering and Kinetic Concept’s on their $950 million leveraged recapitalization.

After a year in investment banking, Adam moved to the corporate side, working for HireRight and helping the company grow from an unprofitable $19 million revenue company to a highly profitable $70 million public company (NASDAQ: HIRE). He managed the Financial Planning and Analysis department where he was responsible for co-leading the company’s 2007 initial public offering (IPO) and managing all of the day-to-day financial facets of planning and operations including corporate budgets, financial forecasts, financial reporting, capital spending decisions, compensation & incentives, staffing, and investor communications.

Adam recently switched roles to work as a Manager of Business Analytics at HID Global Group, a division of Assa Abloy. Adam is responsible for developing a metric based framework for helping the executive team make strategic and operational informed decisions.

SHERRY MAIN
Founder, New Media & Marketing Strategy

Sherry has spent eight years in marketing and communications, most recently at UC Irvine’s Donald Bren School of Information and Computer Sciences.  As the Director of Communications, she has transformed a traditional print publication and media relations operation into a collaborative effort that extensively focuses on new and social media strategy.

Sherry is also the founding partner of social media consultancy, INCULINK, and has been featured in Social Media Today and quoted in Read Write Web.  She is currently an assistant instructor in Marketing on the Internet at UC Irvine’s Paul Merage School of Business’ fully-employed MBA program.

Currently, Sherry serves as a marketing board member for Girls Incorporated of Orange County, in addition to serving as PR/Communications and Marketing Chair for its auxiliary group Women for Girls.  She has previously served on the marketing committees for IEEE Computing Society and California Concert Artists.

Sherry is a graduate of the University of California, Davis and has a Master’s in Business Administration from the University of California, Irvine.
